Development of Value streams for Virtual learning

At one of our brainstorming we found that we can help organizational organizations by delivering standardized processes, or Visual Stream Maps (VSM).
In our OESI Virtual learning maturity model we assess all - 360-grade - areas of virtual learning processes.
Now we are ready to design and deliver to our partners and customers the basic common processes for each area.
The Value stream mapping is based on thorough analysis of 3 main aspects -
- What is the value of the process (value stream)
- Is each step or activity necessary
- Is each step (activity) performed in the most effective and efficient way?
Having such baseline VSMs supports educational organizations greatly in development and improvement their own specific learning processes.
